This is for the bride who is a busy bee, or doesn't know where to start. You've picked out your venue, you've chosen a date, now what?
No worries! We've got you covered. We provide you with a list of wonderful vendors, then we help you secure them. From setting up consultations, to getting quotes, our team is on it. We will get you two quotes from 5 vendor categories to choose from. Thats right, you get to compare after we do all of the communicating for you. You let us know where you stand and we move forward with securing vendors from there. You wont go into this blind either. We at Renee Clark Events like to set up calls between you and these vendors to see if you think they're a great fit as well!
Thats not all we do either. We have 10 phone calls that can be used to discuss any topic of your choosing, from seating arrangements to money saving alternatives, were here to give you our professional opinion and guide you in the right direction.
One of those topics usually revolves around rentals. What do we need? How many? Are they necessary?
Don't worry, We've got you covered in that area as well. We have detailed meetings to discuss quantities of items needed, from there we move forward with getting rental quotes and offer money saving alternatives.
As a full planning bride you get signage!
Yes, 2 pieces of custom signage. Choose from a welcome sign, seating chart, table menus, bar menus, we've even made custom stickers in the past!
We even offer decor, so if you vouch for us to make your welcome sign, we have easles too!
We discuss all of these details in our set up meeting. Thats when you get to pick out what decor of ours you would like to include in your big day!
Thats right! You can use our inventory. No hauling glass hurricanes from home for those stunning centerpieces. We'll take care of that for you.
You get all of this, and of course we direct your rehearsal and wedding day.
