Month of Coordination 

This is our most popular package. We schedule phone calls as need. When we are between 6-8 weeks out, we start our meetings. This is when I gather information to create your timeline. We create you a custom timeline and discuss vendor contracted times to accommodate their package into your itinerary. We go over specific details that create the set up of the event. We even have a layout meeting. This is when we figure out how many tables we will have out and what size table linens you will need for your event! From there, we will handle everything from set up to break down on you special day. We start with decorating you space, we have open communication with vendors to direct them on where to set up. We welcome and direct guests upon arrival. Assuring that everyone is ready and on time is our goal. From directing the ceremony to openly communicating with your vendors on timing of major events (such as announcements and cake cutting), we keep the event flowing from start to finish. 

This package is perfect for the natural planner, the bride who has booked a venue that has already given a bunch of wonderful vendor recommendations and love the planning side themselves.
